The most useful mail this site gets is a correction. If a flood elevation here disagrees with your own elevation certificate, or a permitting requirement has changed, send the detail and it gets fixed.

Everything is read and replies can take a few days. Two things nobody here can do: recommend a specific contractor, or tell you what is wrong with your wall from a photograph. Both need somebody standing on your seawall with a probe.
